Here we are again, revisiting the tradition, this time with a small gastronomic study of Tuscany. Tuscan loves to rediscover traditional recipes, enhancing them with the flavours of its land by adding distinctive fragrances: the frequent use of wild fennel, for instance, or of tarragon and wild greens picked in the fields.
The essential quality is that it is a simple cuisine, prepared for the most part with locally produced ingredients, whose best examples are the olives and its tasteful wine.
From the deep silence of its beautiful country side, with shady, cool, clay-covered hills, Tuscany offers a sweet, serene vision which induces meditation and the discovery of its infinite changing panoramas and the abundance of their very special flavours. Dreaming of Tuscan Table
